Skin Cancer

Skin cancer is the most common of all human cancers. Some form of skin cancer is diagnosed in more than 1 million people in the United States each year. Cancer occurs when normal cells undergo a transformation during which they grow and multiply without normal controls. As the cells multiply, they form a mass called a tumor. Tumors of the skin are often referred to as lesions. Tumors are cancerous only if they are malignant. This means that they encroach on and invade neighboring tissues because of their uncontrolled growth. Tumors may also travel to remote organs via the bloodstream or lymphatic system. This process of invading and spreading to other organs is called metastasis. Tumors overwhelm surrounding tissues by invading their space and taking the oxygen and nutrients they need to survive and function. the skin cancer treatment:Treatment for basal cell carcinoma and squamous cell carcinoma is straightforward. Usually, surgical removal of the lesion is adequate. Malignant melanoma, however, may require several treatment methods, including surgery, radiation therapy, and chemotherapy. Because of the complexity of treatment decisions, people with malignant melanoma may benefit from the combined expertise of the dermatologist, a cancer surgeon, and an oncologist.

Spread The Laughter

Laughter reduces stress, improves memory and helps keep ourhearts healthy. The ability to laugh is hard-wired into our systems, and new research shows that it's not only good for us,it's contagius. There's a reason sitcoms are funnier when we're in group, when we see someone laugh, our brain seems to activate "mirror neurons" that send us into the same fit of laughter.A little fun can lead to a more positive approach in everyday situations, says psychologist Kelly McGonigal. She teaches guided laughter,a group technique in which you prep your body for the physical work of laughter to reap the benefits:joy and social interaction. All the efforts we put into reducing stress we ought to put into laughing.Laughing for 10 to 15 minutes increases your heart rate by 10-20%,which means you can burn an extra 40-165KJ a day.Over a year, that can add up to around two kilograms in weight loss.Homour increases the production and effectiveness of natural killer cells that stomp out germs. So,laughing can make us stay healthy always.Laughing can make your life full of joys..

You Tube

You Tube is a high rating website that is viewed but thousands people a day. This website allowed users to upload their videos and share them with the world. User can share their talents such as playing the instruments, drawing and also marshal arts. YouTube has been blocked for several countries including Tunisia, Thailand Turkey and Pakistan. United Arab Emirates banned few pages in YouTube. The main critic that this website has to face is the law of copyright. Users love to upload the videos that have been copied from the TV shows, drama and movies, so, they want to be a top up-loader as lots of people will rate their videos and also they want to be a 'wanted up loader' and be famous in YouTube website. There is no doubt that this website manage to bring someone to the front to show and polish their talents and show them to the world. But, this website also will be viewed by all people including the teenagers and children. Of course not only the `mere' videos will be uploaded by the up loaders. They also intended to upload the videos that contain pornography, nudity, defamation, harassment and material encouraging criminal conduct. The uploaded of these kinds of videos are prohibited but how they want to manage millions of video in one time? For you information, YouTube had 83.4 million video and 3.75 million users in April 2008 and I think that it is impossible to the people that conduct YouTube to banned some videos that have been uploaded. Users can view the drama online and download them via the software that can be downloaded from the internet. Actually, this website can give us the information about news, story and be a medium to share something with the world. But in the same time, this website also gives us the negative impacts if we use it in a wrong way.

Stunts

A stunt performer is someone who performs dangerous stunts, such as jumping from buildings and being launched out of cannons while mounted on flaming BMX mountain bikes over a pit of gasoline-soaked bears, and through a hoop constructed out of cans of Mountain Dew and chainsaws, often as a career. These stunts are sometimes rigged so that they look dangerous while still having safety mechanisms, but often they are as dangerous as they appear to be. There is an inherent risk in the performance of all stunt work in film, television and stage work. Daredevil performers are distinct from stunt performers and stunt doubles, as they perform their stunts purely for the sake of the stunt itself, often before an audience for their entertainment and personal monetary gain for the event, while a stunt performer, or stunt double typically performs stunts intended for use in a motion pictures or dramatized television Stunt performers and stunt doubles are generally skilled at performing physical action in character for film and television.

Shopping

Shopping is the examining of goods or services from retailers with intent to purchase at that time. Shopping is the activity of selection and/or purchase. In some contexts it is considered a leisure activity as well as an economic one.To many, shopping is considered a recreational activity in which one visits a variety of stores in search of a suitable product to purchase. "Window shopping" is an activity that shoppers engage in by browsing shops with no intent to purchase, possibly just to pass the time between other activities, or to plan a later purchase.
To some, shopping is a task of inconvenience and vexation. Shoppers sometimes go though great lengths to wait in long lines to buy popular products as typically observed with early adopters shoppers and holiday shoppers.More recently compulsive shopping has been recognised as an addiction. These shoppers have an impulsive uncontrollable need to go shopping. The term "retail therapy" is used in a less serious context. With modern technology such as television and telephone and the Internet, users could be described as home shopping though online retail stores. Electronic commerce and business-to-consumer electronic commerce systems in combination of home mail delivery systems make this possible. Typically a consumer could make purchases though online shopping, shopping channels, mail order, etc. Sometimes peddlers and ice cream trucks pass though the neighborhoods offering services and goods. Online shopping has completely redefined the way people make their buying decisions; they have access to a lot of information about a particular product which can be looked at and evaluated, at any given time. Online shopping allows the buyer to save the time which would have been spent traveling to the store or mall.

Digital Camera:Modern Photography

The digital camera has revitalized the world of modern photography. Until very recently photography was generally expensive. The film camera was expensive and development and enlargement prohibitive. Those industries associated with photography realized that something had to be done to popularize the hobby. The development of the disposable film camera started to force a price drop but development was still an issue. At that time digital technology was in it's infancy and ridiculously expensive. Kodak had been investigating the use of digital photography since the early 1970's and by 1986 they had produced the first megapixel camera but this still did not match the quality of film when enlarged beyond 5x7 inches. It wasn't really until Apple's release of their QuickTake 100 in 1996 that the digital camera started to hit the consumer markets. This was the time period that saw the start of the big fight for dominance in the consumer digital camera markets. Together with the development of color inkjet printers the digital camera saw a massive growth of interest in amateur and semi-professional photography. For the first time home photography was available for all without the need for use of dangerous chemicals and a dark room. It was even possible for children to take and print their own photo's.Today it is possible to pick up digital cameras that have 6 megapixel's and higher for knock down rock bottom prices. We have almost reached the age of the cheap disposable digital camera. As we are rapidly moving towards the standard megapixel count for consumer digital cameras being the best choice.
